Update the app, make sure your phone and appliance share the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, restart the appliance and re-pair it. Our Help Center has detailed steps.

Open the app, tap Add, choose your appliance type and follow the pairing steps. Keep the appliance in pairing mode and your phone nearby.
