SmartHome 文件無線連線指南（Matter）
透過 Matter 將您的 SmartHome 冷氣連接至 Alexa、Google Home 或 Apple Home，使用 SmartHome App 完成設定，並查看無線規格說明。

1. 如何使用 Matter
透過 Matter 連接您的冷氣
開始前請確認
- 確認您的行動裝置已連接至無線路由器。
- 無線路由器需支援 IPv6。
- 為確保最佳 Matter 相容性，建議將冷氣連接至 Alexa、Google Home 或 Apple Home 生態系，並搭配至少一款支援 Matter 的智慧音箱使用。
選擇您慣用的生態系（Alexa、Google Home 或 Apple Home），並確認您已有一款支援 Matter 的裝置（例如智慧音箱）連接至無線路由器。
在您的行動裝置上開啟 Bluetooth。
將冷氣切換至配對模式。
- 窗型冷氣： 按住 CONNECT 按鈕 3 秒以進入配對程序（冷氣顯示幕將顯示「AP」）。
- 移動式冷氣： 按住 SWING 按鈕 3 秒以進入配對程序（冷氣顯示幕將顯示「AP」）。
注意
不同型號的冷氣進入 AP 配對模式的方式可能有所不同，請依照冷氣面板上的說明操作。
在您的行動裝置上開啟 Alexa、Google Home 或 Apple Home App。
點選 「+」 並選擇 「新增裝置／配件」，或點選 「+新增」，接著選取 Matter 裝置，並掃描冷氣側面的 Matter QR Code。依照 Alexa、Google Home 或 Apple Home App 中的指示完成配對程序。
配對成功後，您即可透過對應的生態系 App 及（或）智慧音箱控制冷氣的溫度、模式等設定。
Matter 最低版本需求
App 與智慧音箱需達到以下版本或以上，才能支援 Matter。

2. 如何使用 SmartHome App
開始前請確認
請確認您的手機已連接至無線網路，且 Bluetooth 已開啟。裝置亦需處於通電狀態。
步驟一：下載 SmartHome App
掃描以下 QR Code，從 App Store 下載 SmartHome App，或直接在 Google Play 商店或 Apple 的 App Store 中搜尋。
步驟二：登入
開啟 SmartHome App。若您已有 SmartHome 帳號，請直接登入；若尚未註冊，請建立新帳號。您也可以選擇使用第三方平台登入。
步驟三：連接裝置
登入後，畫面可能會出現 「已探索到附近的智慧裝置」 的提示訊息。點選以新增您的裝置。
若未出現此提示，請依下列步驟操作：點選 「+」 並從附近可用裝置清單中選取您的裝置。若清單中未顯示您的裝置，請手動新增，先選擇裝置類別，例如移動式冷氣。
依照 App 中的步驟將裝置連接至無線網路。若裝置連線失敗，請依照 App 中的補充說明操作。
步驟四：控制裝置
配對成功後，SmartHome App 中將建立該裝置的控制卡片。
卡片上會顯示基本功能的快捷操作，例如調整溫度或開關裝置。
點選卡片可展開更多功能與設定。實際介面外觀可能因 App 更新而與範例有所不同。
