Air Conditioner & Dehumidifier
Create an MSmartHome account, connect your air conditioner or dehumidifier, and control it from your phone — including schedules, sleep curve, scenes and voice assistants.
Important note
Read the manual carefully before installing or connecting your air conditioner. Make sure to save this manual for future reference.
Create your account
Open the MSmartHome app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account, or login with your existing account.
You can download the app by searching for "MSmartHome" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or by scanning the QR code below.

Connect your device
After logging in, you can add devices from the home screen. Use the "+" to add appliances.
Follow the onscreen instructions to add your appliance.
Select your device type from the list.
Select your model from the list.
Choose your desired wireless network and enter the password. Ensure your mobile device is connected to the wireless network you will use for the appliance.
Follow the in-app instructions for how to set your device to "AP" or connection mode.
Wait for the connection steps to finish and your device is ready to use. If you experience any issues, consult the "Help and Feedback" section under the account tab within the app.

Note
This device does not support 5GHz wireless networks. Please use a 2.4GHz wireless network. The closer the device is to the router, the easier it is for it to connect to the wireless network.

Setting AP mode
- Window AC: Power on the device, press and hold the "Wi-Fi" button for more than 3 seconds until the device shows "AP" on the display.
- Dehumidifier: Power on the device, press and hold the "FILTER" button for more than 3 seconds until the device displays "AP", then click "Next". If there is no "FILTER" button, press "ION" or "POWER" instead.
Bluetooth local control setup
Some devices also allow local control via Bluetooth. If available for your appliance, it will appear at the bottom of your screen when plugged in and powered on, or at the top of the add device screen under "scanning nearby Bluetooth devices waiting for networking". Select your device and wait for the connection process to finish.
After the connection is complete, you will see the device control screen. Click on the "Connect WLAN and get more features" bubble to add wifi connected controls for your device. This will allow you to control the device while you are not within Bluetooth control range.
To complete Wireless network setup, ensure your mobile device is on the desired network. Enter the credentials and wait for the connection. Once complete, you can control your device wirelessly even if you are not near the device.
Share local control with a password
Another feature of Bluetooth local control is the ability to add a password for others to locally control the device. This can be enabled within the device's function menu. Just toggle the password login switch and enter your desired password. Now the device can be securely shared with others using the password.
How to use the app
Log in and select your unit to control it from wherever you are, using your smart phone.
